Hey everyone!
As usual the summer has been EXTREMELY busy so far this year. My little Sariannah, although an amazing angel, has of course been helping keep me busy!My other two are a great help but also manage to keep me running!!! LOL :) Sari is my least photographed child and I have been pawning her off to my photographer friends to keep up with images of her!!! LOLOL :) Sad but true. I want to thank everyone for your prayers who prayed about my little health scare, all is well and GOD IS GOOD!
I have not been taking any new portrait clients, call me crazy but I simply can't right now. :) Sari and my other two are growing so fast and I have found myself blessed that this summer I can focus on them and my long-time portrait and wedding clients. The weddings this year have been stunning and I'm looking forward to many more to come! I will be announcing when I will be taking on NEW PORTRAIT clients. I am and will always be photographing weddings... so I greatly appreciate you sending couples my way. I still can't thank you all enough for sending your friends and family to me. I am blessed!

It was such a pleasure working with this family. They had a wonderful farmette that was exciting and challenging to photograph at. The wind was a little strong... and shade area was sparce but we sure pulled it off with some GREAT images. All three of these children are models, our goal was comp card images. Here are a few of my favorites from the session...
Here's our precious little miracle man. He moves to fast I could hardly keep up with this little guy. Incentive to keep losing this baby weight... these little ones are faster than me!!! hahaha
Well I have to admit, its been great to get out and on location! It feels so great going to my clients homes and having a session, or going outside (praise God for some nice weather lately). A breath of fresh air. This "studio session" was done in my clients home... a simple black backdrop. Looks just like we were in the real thing! :) I have known this awesome couple since they were engaged years ago. Always a pleasure to work with the L family!!! :)
I am somewhat sad to announce that I am closing the doors to my studio location. I am not; however, shutting down my business and will remain photographing weddings and location portraits in the comfort of my clients homes or somewhere locally. As of March 31st my lease was up with the space I was renting. I love the space SO MUCH but my landlords asked me to sign an 18 month lease. Honestly, I've been feeling a bit of the economic crisis and thought it was in the best interest of myself and my family to close down the studio and go back to where I started. Unfortuantely, I can't predict the future of our economy and I simply can't take the risk by renewing my lease. So...for those who have been with me for years...we return to where I began... in your homes ( we all know the kids behave better there anyway!!!! ) For those of you interested in sessions.... do not be swayed - your final product will be just as beautiful! The studio is just a space... the images come from the eyes and heart of the photographer!!!!

I am so proud to announce the birth of our baby girl Sariannah Therese :) Her beautiful soul came into the world on Saturday March 14, 2008 at 2:50 pm. I am healthy and enjoying every minute with her. She is such a doll and I feel like I am in heaven with her and my other two children. :) Many of you have requested pictures...these were two I snapped at home. I am getting back in the groove of things and just begining to catch up on emails, orders and albums. I will be in touch soon. Thank you so much everyone for your patience, well wishes and prayers.

Hello, all...this is Shana again with a Lindsey/Baby update. Due to complications this week, Lindsey is being induced at 7AM tomorrow-- Friday, March 13. She apologizes to those of you who have been on hold this week and appreciates your patience. She knows who you are and will be in touch as soon as she can!
This is Shana, and I wanted to update you on the latest with our very pregnant Lindsey :) Lindsey is NOT in labor, however, she does have a terrible stomach virus and has been out of commission for the past few days. She was hospitalized for a short time due to dehydration, and is today (Tuesday) trying to recover at home. For those of you waiting on orders, she plans to contact you as soon as she is able to get back into the office. Those of you who are interested in Double Dollars, Lindsey is going to extend the date for that promotion and be in contact with you when she returns. Thank you for your understanding. Shana :)
